Bitcoin price jumps 10 percent to hit $40,000
The price of the largest cryptocurrency Bitcoin jumped over the $40,000 mark for the first time in two weeks on Friday afternoon. Within a few hours, it was up $3,000. The altcoins also increased in double digits in some cases.
