Samsung continues to update. Android 12 gets the Galaxy A52 model
After the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite and Galaxy A72 smartphones, the system Android 12 another middle class model – Samsung Galaxy A52. The information was provided by the portal SamMobile.
New system, new superstructure and better security
Last year, the Samsung Galaxy A52 was one of the most popular models of the South Korean company and was also one of the 10 best-selling smartphones in Slovakia for a long time. That’s why Samsung only introduced its slightly improved version of the Galaxy A52s 5G after half a year. However, it does not forget the original model and its owners can now enjoy the upgrade to Android 12.
The software update is currently available in Russia under the number A525FXXU4BUL8. From there, it should be extended to other markets, including European Union countries. In addition to the new version of the system, it also brings a new superstructure One UI 4.0 and the December security patch. Some of the manufacturer’s smartphones have already received January security.
The update is distributed in the form of OTA and the system should notify you of its availability automatically. Of course, you can also check its availability manually in the system section Settings -> Software Update -> Download and Install. Before updating, make sure your smartphone battery is at least 70% charged and connected to a free Wi-Fi network.
