Some time ago Apple introduced the Watch Series 6, a smartwatch that introduced a new function. In order to be able to use this, you don’t have to buy an Apple watch for over 400 euros, you can also grab a China smartwatch that is only 100 euros cheap and which will soon be coming to Germany.

Amazfit GTS 2 Mini can measure blood oxygen levels

Apple is known for introducing new features into the market that other manufacturers are then quick to copy. And if Apple only does one function, then the company makes sure that it really works and is easy to use. But if you don’t spend 400 euros or more on an Apple Watch Series 6 and still want the new function of measuring the blood oxygen content, you can soon use the Amazfit GTS 2 Mini. It is a 100 euros cheap smartwatch, which of course also has a heart rate monitor. It is relatively small with a 1.55-inch display, making it perfect for slender wrists.

Although the Amazfit GTS 2 Mini is so cheap, attention was paid to a high-quality choice of materials and good components. The housing is made of an aluminum alloy, for example, and a high-resolution OLED panel was chosen for the display. The body comes to a weight of only 19.5 grams. The 220 mAh battery should provide a runtime of 14 days. This means that the Amazfit Smartwatch is clearly superior to the Apple Watch. The smartwatch can be worn in the shower because it is protected up to 5 ATM. That’s not enough for swimming. GPS is of course also on board. There is just no ECG function.

The Amazfit GTS 2 Mini will be launched in Germany at a price of 100 euros as early as January. The smartwatch is compatible with Android and iOS and can therefore also be used with an iPhone.
