patch 1.02 fixes some bugs, but Rockstar misses the main point
Rockstar has just released patch 1.2 for GTA The Trilogy. If the studio has worked to correct a few problems, the main concerns reported by players are still there. We will have to wait to see the situation improve drastically on these three remastered.
As you may know, the launch of GTA The Trilogy did not go smoothly. The excitement of rediscovering these Rockstar classics quickly wore off in the face of the avalanche of problems gamers encountered. From the first hours after the launch, PC players could no longer play all three titles, the fault of the Rockstar launcher servers completely saturated by the massive influx of users.
Once in game, players could see the extent of the damage, between failed character models, cars with strange behavior, strawberry AI not to mention the rain that reduced visibility to nothing. This Friday, November 19, Rockstar took the floor to officially apologize for the disastrous state of the title, announcing at the same time the imminent arrival of patches and the return of the original PC versions of all three games.
