Mechajammer – -apkrig
It might seem that the creators of the Whalenought studio just want to take a ride on the popularity of Cyberpunk 2077, but the truth is that their upcoming novelty Mechajammer has been in development much longer than expected. Already in 2016, the developers headed to Kickstarter with her, then still called Copper Dreams. The finished game called Mechajammer will come out five years after the campaign.
Mechajammer is an isometric action RPG that lets you explore the open world of the Earth of the future. It is full of all sorts of bastards that will go down your neck mercilessly. And because you would be short on them yourself, you are taking one adventurer after another into the party.
At first glance, the game impresses with its distinctive graphics combining pixel art with a 3D environment. Everything is as dark as it should be and the blood will soon turn the immediate surroundings of the ongoing battle. Battles that are turn-based, but the moves of you and your opponents take place at the same time, which allegedly evokes a pleasantly brisk sense of real-time.
As a proper RPG, Mechajammer does not lack dialogue choices and a character enhancement system, as well as its original work. Foreign media, which have already tried the game, are full of optimism, so we may well have one of the last pleasant surprises this year. The mechajammer will be released on December 2, exclusively on computers.
