• Force restart – the best place to start resolving the problem is by performing a force restart. It is simple, does not require lots of effort, and works like a charm in most cases. Press and hold the Volume button and the Power button simultaneously for 10 to 15 seconds. The phone will turn off and will boot in a couple of seconds.
• Make sure you are using Samsung approved wireless charger.
• Remove the case – if you’re using the case for your S20, you should remove it and then try charging your phone.
• Remove the accessories when charging your S20 – disconnect your headphones before starting the wireless charging process as the headphones could interrupt it.
• Make sure wireless charging is enabled – the option is turned on by default, but perhaps you made some changes recently. To ensure the option is enabled, go to Settings> Device care> Battery> Charging and make sure Fast Wireless Charging is turned on.
