OnePlus Nord 2: the design unveiled with renderings
The OnePlus Nord 2 is no longer a surprise thanks to the publication of renderings that reveal the general design. The phone takes a lot of inspiration from the OnePlus 9.
OnLeaks offers today renderings of the OnePlus Nord 2 which are based on a prototype. The screen occupies a good part of the front face and there is a hole at the top left to house the photo sensor. We find the volume buttons on the left edge of the device, and the ON / OFF button and the slider on the right edge.
As for the rear, the phone includes three photo sensors and a flash. The main sensor would be 50 megapixels. The others would be 8 megapixels and 2 megapixels. As for the front sensor, users can expect 32 megapixels.
For the rest, the OnePlus Nord 2 is announced to have a 4,500 mAh battery, a USB-C port, 5G support and it should run Android 11 at launch. The screen would be 6.43 inches and OnePlus would offer an AMOLED panel that would be Full HD + with a refresh rate of 90 Hz. The fingerprint sensor would be integrated into the screen. As for the chip, it would not be a Snapdragon model from Qualcomm, but the Dimensity 1200 chip from MediaTek. Finally, there would be up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage space.
We can expect an announcement of the OnePlus Nord 2 in the month of July. The brand has not yet formalized its presentation niche.
