This article brings together the different applications, valid in different countries, allowing the verification of proof of negative tests for Covid-19, vaccines against Covid-19, or proof of recovery from Covid-19, in the form of a bar code.

France

Intended for French territory, this application is developed by IN Groupe, under the supervision of the Ministry of Solidarity and Health and the State Secretariat for Digital in France.
It allows the verification of proof of negative tests for Covid-19, vaccines against Covid-19, or proof of recovery from Covid-19, in the form of a barcode. Either presented on a printed document, or stored and presented by the TousAntiCovid application, by the bearer of these supporting documents, to check their validity.

Belgium

The official CovidSafeBE app makes it very easy for you to upload your personal Covid certificate. This certificate allows you to travel within the European Union in complete safety and serenity.
Answer 3 questions to find out which Covid certificates are available to you. Then you can use a digital ID to sign in and download and save your certificates.
This application has been commissioned by the Belgian governments to be used by all Belgian residents. The app is published worldwide, so Belgian citizens and residents can always find their Covid certificates. Currently, the applicable geographic region where this application can be used is the European Union.

Swiss

COVID Certificate is the official application for the storage and presentation of Covid-19 certificates in Switzerland. It was developed by the Federal Office for Information Technology and Telecommunications on behalf of the Federal Office of Public Health (OFSP).
In Switzerland, people vaccinated, tested negative or cured of Covid-19 have the right to request a Covid-19 certificate.
Certificates are issued in paper or digital format. They can attest to a vaccination against Covid-19, a cure after contracting SARS-CoV-2, a negative test for SARS-CoV-2.
When launching the app for the first time, a brief introduction provides information on how to use the app and how to scan a Covid-19 certificate from the paper version.

Luxembourg

The Luxembourg government provides the CovidCheck.lu mobile application to verify the authenticity and validity of certificates according to the rules in place in Luxembourg. You only need to install it if you need to verify the authenticity and validity of a certificate. Your CovidCheck certificate is not saved on this application.
The CovidCheck certificate (EU Digital COVID Certificate – EU DCC) will facilitate the safe free movement of citizens in the EU during the Covid-19 pandemic. The certificate will be introduced in EU member states. Countries can already start issuing and using it and it will be available in all EU member states from July 1.
