Nakatomi Bunker – Rewards & Location
Before we tell you how to open the Nakatomi bunker, we want to tell you that the opening means something is working. However, it is worth it because as prey you get one extremely high amount of money and additional loot in the form of weapons or the like.
The location is quickly explained, that Nakatomi skyscraper is located in downtown and cannot be overlooked. To be on the safe side, we have marked it for you on the following map:
This is how you open the Nakatomi bunker
The Nakatomi bunker is on the 31st floor of the building. But remember that the labeling in the states is different from ours. We’d actually be talking from the 30th floor.
To open the bunker, you need one of 3 special access cards (key cards). Any key card drops through a other activity respectively Side mission. But each of the 3 cards gives you access to the bunker.
Note: Each card gives you access to the bunker, but there are 3 lockers in the vault that can only be opened with the corresponding access card. Key card 1 gives you a “Specialist Bonus”, access card 2 gives you an “Advanced UAV” and key card 3 another order.
ichtig: As soon as a team opens the bunker, all other players are alerted. So go in and get your loot as soon as possible.
To be on the safe side, we show you the entrance of the bunker in the following picture. By the way, opposite the entrance there is a black wall with a huge, golden symbol:
Side Mission 1: Complete the “Unfinished business” mission
Access card 1 you get at Completion of the “Unfinished business” job. Each round 3 of these missions spawn and you can find and collect them either in the vicinity of the Nakatomi tower or in the building itself. By the way, they are automatically marked on the map.
Important: The assignment can only be accepted once within a match, which means that you have to be one of the first 3 teams in the lobby to accept the side mission.
As soon as you collect the side mission, you have to open 3 random boxes. So it’s a “plunder” job, which shouldn’t be a problem. The key card drops from the third and last box.
As soon as you have the access card, you can make your way to the Nakatomi bunker.
Side mission 2: Disarm the C4
You will receive access card 2 as soon as you defuse four C4 bombs. The event starts at a random point in time during the match. However, you will also receive a notification on your screen, informing you that you should defuse the 4 hidden C4 bombs inside the building. The Event only takes place once per match.
It is not yet known what exactly triggers the event, but it often happens very early in a match. Each of the four C4 bombs are on the roof of the tower.
The bombs even have a marker so that the search shouldn’t be difficult, after all, you will be shown to which points you have to go. Important: The markers are sometimes bugged and not always shown. If this is the case with you, you have to search the roof without any markings.
As soon as you defuse the fourth and last C4 bomb, the key card 2 drops. Then you can make your way to the Nakatomi bunker.
Side Mission 3: Complete the Arms Deal event
You will receive access card 3 if you complete the “Arms Deal” public event inside the Nakatomi building. To start the side mission, you have to go to the garage below the tower. There is a white truck in the middle of the parking garage. Get in the back of the truck and start the event.
Then two waves of AI opponents spawn. All you have to do is take them out and the third key card is yours, it will be dropped by the final enemy.
As soon as you have access card 3, you can make your way to the Nakatomi bunker.
Important: By the way, it is also possible that you can loot one of the access cards from an opponent. If you knock down your enemy and they happen to have a key card, you can just pick it up.
In addition to the generous loot, you also need one or the other side mission to complete further challenges of the “80s Action Heroes” event. What do you think of the side missions and the rewards?
