Airbnb taxes: Hamburg tax authority queries 56,000 booking data

The tax office of the Hanseatic City of Hamburg has requested booking data from 56,000 providers with a total turnover of over one billion euros at Airbnb. The authority is now evaluating the data in order to collect the previously untaxed profits.
