How expensive is Netflix in 2023? That depends on the different subscription models. These also determine how many different devices you can use and how high the image quality is. These are the costs of Netflix subscriptions at a glance.
Streaming services such as Netflix, Disney Plus and Co. occasionally adjust their subscription models and increase their prices. Almost all platforms also offer different subscriptions at different prices. These decide, among other things, about the available content, the streaming quality or the number of devices that can be used.

Netflix costs: How much is a Netflix subscription?
Netflix last increased its prices in Germany in early 2021. At the beginning of 2022, the price increase also applied to existing customers. The company increased the price of its standard subscription by one euro to 12.99 euros and its premium subscription by two euros to 17.99 euros per month.
With the basic, standard and premium subscription, Netflix has for a long time offered three different subscription options. However, a fourth subscriber was added in November with the “Basic subscription with advertising”. From the beginning and content it is similar to the basic subscription, but as the name suggests, it includes advertising. It is by far the cheapest subscription.
How much does Netflix cost?

The price range was from EUR 4.99 to EUR 17.99 per month. Extra costs or a long-term contract do not come about upon conclusion. In addition, each membership can be canceled at any time at the end of the month and can be stopped or started again at any time.

Unlike all other subscriptions, the Netflix subscription with ads does not include a download feature. Netflix also runs around four to five minutes of advertising per hour between streams. Certain content may according to Netflix also missing at the start for licensing reasons.
