OnePlus presents OnePlus Pad, Buds Pro 2 and Featuring Keyboard
Today is the big day for OnePlus to announce its new devices. Not only is there the OnePlus 11, we also see the OnePlus Pad, Buds Pro 2 and a new keyboard.
OnePlus Pad
We start with the announcement of the OnePlus Pad. It is the brand’s first tablet that we get to see. The phone was announced alongside the OnePlus 11 today. Now we can share the details with you. The tablet should offer a fast, smooth experience and is equipped with a Dimensity 9000 processor from MediaTek. OnePlus has also provided the OnePlus Pad with a maximum of 12GB of RAM.
In addition, the OnePlus Pad is equipped with a 9510 mAh battery, which you can quickly recharge with 67W. Charging this large battery takes 80 minutes according to the manufacturer. The new OnePlus Pad can quickly connect to your OnePlus smartphone running OxygenOS 13 or higher. It can also automatically connect to the internet connection of the phone in this way. You can also use direct copy + paste, you can quickly share files and you will receive notifications.
Everything happens on the 11.61 inch screen of the device. This offers a high refresh rate of 144Hz. Proprietary Omni sound field technology identifies screen orientation and automatically switches between left and right audio channels. The camera is placed in a logical place, the company reports, which makes shooting more pleasant.
The OnePlus Pad will be available in the Halo Green color. With the tablet you get the Stylo stylus and a OnePlus Magnetic Keyboard so you can type comfortably. The price will be announced by the manufacturer in the coming weeks. The device should be available from April.
OnePlus Buds Pro 2
A new headset has also been announced by the manufacturer. The OnePlus Buds Pro 2 should take audio quality to the next level. It offers Spacial Audio which can provide the surround sound experience, which should be similar to the cinema. Thanks to the collaboration with Google, the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 is one of the first headsets to offer Spacial Audio. Numerous other technologies provide even better sound quality.
OnePlus gives the Buds Pro 2 a Master Equalizer, which has been personally tuned by composer Hans Zimmer. There is also Adaptive Noise Cancellation, which can filter out up to 48dB of ambient noise. The 11mm and 6mm dual driver technology provides deeper, fuller bass and a clear vocal sound, the manufacturer promises. With head tracking, the movement of the head is followed. The earbuds deliver a total playback time of 39 hours. The headset will be available from February 16 for 179 euros.
OnePlus Featuring 81 Pro Keyboard
The Featuring division of OnePlus offers a new product designed together with the OnePlus community. It’s the OnePlus Featuring 81 Pro Keyboard; the company’s first fully customizable mechanical keyboard. It has Marble-mallow keycaps and works with both MacOS, Windows and Linux. There is also an alert slider and you can of course switch the keys.
