AC Valhalla: Find Memory Shards (Final Farewell)

The long story of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla comes to an end with the quest “Final Farewell”. In it you have to find five memory fragments and at the end you get the Jarl Armor of the Raven Clan as a reward.

Start “Last Goodbye”.

This quest brings the story of AC Valhalla to a close, so you must first have completed the main story before you can start Final Farewell. Then activate the mission in the quest log. To start them you need to go south of Hraefnathorp on the other side of the river.

After a cutscene, four new quests will end up in the journal, as well as five pictures in your quest item bag. A picture of it is unrecognizable and you must therefore first go to the places shown in the other four pictures. Activate the respective memory shards there to trigger a cutscene and complete the location.

We describe you below the locations of the memory fragments exactly.

Memory Shard #1 in Hraefnathorp

The first splinter (Farewell young eagle) can be found directly in Hraefnathorp on a small hill in front of the Assassin Brotherhood House.

Memory Shard #2 in Westseaxe

The second fragment of memory (Farewell, Aelfred Rex) is on the porch of the church “The Minster” in Wincaester in the southwest of the map.

Memory Fragment #3 in East Engla

This fragment of memory (Farewell, Æthelstan) is located on the roof of the Jarl House in the middle of the Norvic settlement in East Engla.

Memory Shard #4 in Nordvege

For this fragment of memories (Farewell, King Fairhair) you must switch maps and travel back to Nordvege, where the game once began. Here the shard lies just outside the entrance to the Jarl House in the Alreksstadir settlement north of Hördafylki.

Memory Shard #5 in Hraefnathorp

If you have collected all four fragments previously, you can now see the image of the last fragment (Farewell my ravens) recognize and have to go back to Hraefnathorp again. Here is the splinter on one of the houses at the harbor.

Now you can enjoy the ending sequence of AC Valhalla and then find yourself in the shoes of Basim, who will star in the next installment, Assassin’s Creed Mirage. To complete the quest, take him back into the house and use the Animus. Then you can control Eivor again and continue to move freely in the game world and complete open quests.

Reward: Raven Clan Jarl armor

As a reward, you will receive all five pieces of the Raven Clan Jarl armor. The set bonus gives you bonuses to attack and armor based on your remaining health, as well as increased critical chance and critical damage.
