Since the end of 2021, the Netflix app has not only offered films and series, but also mobile games. So that your normal Netflix customer name does not appear on high score tables and in multiplayer games, you can create an alias – i.e. a player name that is purely intended for Netflix games.

Creating a player name for the Netflix games is quite simple, but the following restrictions must be observed:

  • The Netflix alias can be off maximum 16 characters exist.
  • There are only letters and digits allowed, no spaces and special characters.
  • The name must be “free”, meaning that no other player may already be using this alias. Whether the name still available is displayed to you directly when you create it.

Instructions

  1. Opens the Netflix app on your mobile device.
  2. Tap the Games Tab.

    If the name has already been taken, the field will have a red border and “Not available” will appear below it. If the name you want is available, the box will be outlined in green with “Available” written below it.
