Samsung is rolling out a new update for various models. This is the case for the Samsung Galaxy S6 series, Galaxy Z Flip 3, Fold 3, the A40 and the S10e. The details at a glance.

Updates at Samsung

A few weeks ago, Samsung started distributing updates for older devices. This specifically solved a GPS problem. That update now also reaches the Galaxy S6 series, which was released in 2015. This concerns the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 Edge that receive the update. There is no further security update, only the GPS fix.

An update is also ready for the Samsung Galaxy A40. This concerns security update September 2022, the latest patch from Google. This update will now also be rolled out to the Galaxy S10e in our country, Kirsten lets us know.
