If you want to change your mobile phone provider and use a prepaid card, you often face the problem that there is still credit on the card. To take advantage of it, you don’t have to make unnecessary phone calls or book pointless packages. If you leave the prepaid card unused for a longer period of time, the SIM card will be deactivated and automatically canceled by many providers. If you want to say goodbye to your Telekom prepaid SIM card and use your credit, the company will provide you with a form on its website.
