YouTube will soon let you play videos in an endless loop
It is not possible to endlessly replay an individual video on YouTube. Google is working on a new button in the Android app that will make this possible.
Looping YouTube videos
If you’ve found a nice video on YouTube and want to listen to it over and over, you’ll discover that there is no direct way to do that. You cannot play individual videos in a loop like you can in music apps such as Spotify.
YouTube is now working on a walkfunction, or an endless loop in which the same video continues to play, XDA Developers reports. You will get a button with which you can do such a walk , which has now been discovered in the code of YouTube version 16.09.34. Although the feature is not yet active by default.
What had been around for some time was playing videos from a playlist over and over again, and that was the best way to have an individual movie replayed. You just give it its own playlist in YouTube. On the other hand, we also saw ‘10 hour long‘videos in which users converted a popular video into a long loop that lasted 10 hours. By default, YouTube uses its Autoplay function for individual videos, which automatically starts a new video. You can also easily turn off this function.

Advertising in between?
For the time being, many things are still unclear about the upcoming position. For example, it is not yet clear whether Google shows advertisements in between with such a video loop or whether the videos connect seamlessly. We also don’t know when the feature will be available.
Earlier we explained how you can watch a YouTube video without ads or have it play in the app in the background. Do you often watch videos in one walk by putting them in a playlist? Then you will be satisfied that that extra step will soon no longer be necessary. Let us know in the comments at the bottom of this article.
