Samsung says it cannot supply enough Samsung Galaxy S22 devices because the demand is so high. The Korean tech company says it has never had such a high number of sales.

“We are grateful for the excitement and response to our new Galaxy S22 series. Interest in the Galaxy S22 series is unprecedented and the pre-order volume exceeds our expectations. We are doing everything we can to get these devices to our customers as early as possible. However, some customers may experience delays depending on the market, model and color. We really appreciate the patience and understanding.”

Ultra is especially popular

Mind you, it’s not just about people who pre-order from today: it’s also about people who already did it a week ago. Samsung has already adjusted the expected delivery times of the Galaxy S22s to March 4 when it comes to the regular and the Plus. If you want an Ultra, your patience will be tested: the delivery person will probably not ring your doorbell until March 15th. In terms of colors, you are in the right place if you have chosen a standard color: the colors that are available exclusively on Samsung.com have even longer waiting times.

If you want to get hold of a Samsung Galaxy S22 as soon as possible, we would normally advise you to go to a physical smartphone store on February 25. However, due to the many robberies, many shops have chosen not to physically have the luxury devices at that location, so it is ordered from the provider.
