Which one should I choose?
What becomes clear from this overview is that many specifications match each other in this price range. All have a 6.5-inch HD+ screen, a 5000 mAh battery and a generally comparable camera. The difference is mainly in the update policy, which varies quite a bit. In addition, there is a difference in the interface that manufacturers lay over Android. The Oppo also offers the most internal storage space, but with all models you can expand this with a memory card. We would leave the Motorola for the best update policy. For the rest, all four fine smartphones for a decent price. Do you not want to spend too much on monthly subscription costs in addition to your new phone?
