An update for the ING Banking app is ready and it comes with a useful new function for ING customers. They can now download statements from the mobile banking app.
Maart stirs his tail, and you can now download your statements via the app. Handy for your administration!
That is how it works
You can download statements from the app via the steps below.
- Open the ING app and log in
- Tap the icon Service and then up Your account
- Tap on Download statements (you will now go to the browser)
- Select the desired account, data and file format
- Tap on Download
- Finished!
