Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite and 11T (Pro) get Android 13 with MIUI 14

A new update is being distributed to the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite. The manufacturer is rolling out the update to Android 13, along with MIUI 14. In addition, there is also a new security patch.

Android 13 for Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite

Xiaomi has released a new update for the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite. The manufacturer makes the update to Android 13 available, DroidApp reader Marco tells DroidApp. The new update also includes MIUI 14 and we see security update January 2023. The update is also being rolled out to the Xiaomi 11T and Xiaomi 11T Pro, so we hear from DroidApp reader Richard. We already wrote today that 18 devices from Xiaomi can expect the update from this quarter.

With a size of 3.6 GB, it is a major update. MIUI 14 brings a lot of new features and thanks to Android 13 you also get more options. You can set per application in which language you want to use it, there are more color options in the interface and there is an improved focus on privacy and security. Xiaomi has also updated various system apps and you have more personalization options.
