With these televisions, we are entitled to the Amazon ecosystem that customers with an HDMI Fire TV stick are familiar with. There’s the Alexa assistant for making voice requests. There are also several applications, including YouTube, Netflix, Molotov, myCanal, France.tv and Arte. And of course, there’s Prime Video, Amazon’s streaming service.
The TVs are available in three sizes, namely 43, 50 and 55 inches. These are 4K panels (3,840 x 2,160 pixels) with a refresh rate of 60 Hz and support for HDR10/HLG. On the sound side, Xiaomi offers support for DTS Virtual X, Dolby Audio and DTS-HD. There are two 12 W speakers. For the rest of the features, the manufacturer announces 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of storage space, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0 and AirPlay for those who have an Apple product.
The three Xiaomi TV F2 televisions are available now on the manufacturer’s website. The 43-inch model costs €399 (with a launch price of €339). This rises to €449 (€380 at launch) for the 50-inch model and €499 (€425 at launch) for the 55-inch model. Note that the purchase is also possible on Amazon.
