Xbox Cloud Gaming and GeForce Now are coming to more Samsung TVs
Samsung says more of its TVs will take advantage of cloud gaming services, including Xbox Cloud Gaming and Nvidia GeForce Now. It will be available from next week for 2021 TVs.
Samsung initially launched a gaming TV hub for its 2022 TVs and monitors, this took place a few more months ago. There was access to Xbox Cloud Gaming, Stadia and GeForce Now. “When the Samsung Gaming Hub was rolled out to 2022 TVs earlier this year, the number one question we received was ‘when will cloud gaming come to my 2021 TV?’ Today we are happy to share with our eager fans that they will be able to play the games they love before the end of the year”, declared Mike Lucero, product manager for games at Samsung.
The gaming hub present on Samsung’s 2022 televisions will not land on 2021 models. However, individual applications will be available next week. We will find Xbox Cloud Gaming, Nvidia GeForce Now, Amazon Luna, Utomik, Blacknut and Antstream Arcade.
Most Bluetooth enabled gamepads will be supported. It will be enough to connect a compatible TV to the Internet and download the corresponding applications from the Samsung application store. Note that it will be possible to play in 4K with GeForce Now for those who have the RTX 3080 offer.
