What’s new in the My Globe app makes shopping much easier

The My Globus mobile application is becoming an increasingly capable multifunctional assistant. Recently, a new one has been added to the already established functions for planning purchases or scanning goods. Also very practical. From autumn, it is possible to order food from restaurants via the application and it is now gradually being added non-food assortment. It has recently spread reservation system also to choose fashion, sports, leisure goods or electricity. Now customers can book special non-food items and from oblasti campground. Assortment booking is possible through the My Globus application in all fifteen hypermarkets.

Customers can conveniently pick up the ordered goods and pay for them on the Information. It does not have to enter the sales area at all. And food will continue. It will soon be possible to order food from our own bakeries and butchers using the application Globe. The system is being piloted in a hypermarket in Prague Čakovice. “Booking goods means simplifying the purchase for customers, they don’t have to choose the goods in the store, but they also don’t have to worry that the goods will be sold out before they come to the store,” describes Adéla Justová from Globus’ IT product department. In addition, the My Globus application will eventually enable the reservation of another seasonal assortment over time.
