Vodafone sees the number of customers increase by 45,000 in the last quarter of 2021
Vodafone has shared figures on, among other things, the number of subscribers. The provider sees an increase there; but a decrease is noted in the number of Ziggo customers.
More and less customers
Vodafone has seen the number of customers increase in the fourth quarter of 2021. The provider has announced this news. The number of mobile customers increased by 44,900 to 4.99 million Vodafone customers. Turnover increased by 4.2 percent, reaching 233.1 million euros. The prepaid market slumped somewhat to 380,300 customers, which is 7,200 less than last quarter. At 1.49 million Vodafone customers they had both a mobile and a fixed subscription.
Things went less well at Ziggo. The parent company now has a total of 3.74 million customers, nearly 100,000 fewer in a year. Its turnover also fell to a total of 517.5 million euros (-1.9 percent).
