Vigor will soon receive the Czech -apkrig
The post-apocalyptic free-to-play looter shooter set in Norway from the Bohemia Interactive studio will reach fans of the coveted Czech localization. Filip Šťastný, the marketing and brand manager of Vigor, revealed the fact that the game will have Czech subtitles in our current stream. We cannot reveal the exact date yet, but perhaps we can indicate that the Czech Republic should arrive in the game during the summer.
In our live broadcast, Filip Šťastný also answered a lot of other questions from viewers. He explained, for example, why the game does not yet support cross-platform cross-progress. Its implementation and alignment is more challenging than cross-platform multiplayer. In the future, players on PlayStation who cannot play with others could be involved in the future. But Philip did not rule out that this would happen.
Next-gen maybe, PC probably not
The authors are also considering options for native next-gen versions and upgrades for new consoles. Viewers asked a lot during the stream about 60 fps support and potentially nicer graphics. And the team is really listening to these wishes, even if nothing is certain at the moment. We could also look forward to support for the DualSense driver and its adaptive triggers and haptic feedback.
On the contrary, we do not have to count on the PC version yet. The developers don’t plan on it, and one of the reasons is cheating. Similarly, playing in first person or PvE modes is not planned at this time. But hopefully more maps will be added. If you would like to go to Vigor under the impression of a video yourself and at the same time contribute to a good cause, you can invest in a package of cosmetic items, the proceeds of which will go to the University Hospital in Brno.
