Viaplay cancels subscriptions too early, this is a good alternative

Several Viaplay subscribers report that their subscription was canceled too early. These are people who took out an annual subscription with the Swedish streaming service last year. In 2022 – the first year that the rights of Formula 1, among others, went to Viaplay – many people decided to subscribe to the service. The streaming service has since offered the only option to watch Formula 1 live with Dutch commentary. In addition, there was a special promotion at the beginning of last year where you could take out an annual subscription for a reduced rate, which would also last for thirteen months.

However, it now appears that Viaplay has stopped these subscriptions too early. At this moment – twelve months later – Viaplay users report that the subscription has been cancelled. In fact, Viaplay has banned users from accessing the service. If you still want to log in, you will be asked if you want to take out a new subscription. Viaplay has not yet responded to the complaints.
