Lion King
The classic of the classics, and should therefore really not be missing from this list. Beautiful music, an emotional story: the ingredients for a top film. After the animation you can go for the remake which is also on Disney +. It’s terrifyingly realistic, so don’t forget the tissues.
Toy Story
This is Pixar’s first full-length feature and therefore a must on this list. And although the film that may feel a bit dated for you in 2019, your child really won’t notice it. Tip: go for the English version as soon as your child is in bed, because the voice overs by Tom Hanks and Tim Allen are hilarious.
