The most important
Now that I am a mother, I laugh at such lists. More sports? Because of my chronic lack of sleep I really don’t feel like it and I don’t have time for it. I run after my two-year-old twins all day, which luckily also gives me the necessary exercise.
I try to eat healthy, but I can really enjoy a bar of chocolate when I sit on the couch at night watching a movie. And when I prepare my kids’ favorite dishes, pasta with cheese or fish fingers with potatoes (yes, very high in carbohydrates), I just eat with them. Then no size 34.
If there is one thing I have learned over the past year, it is the most important thing is that you are healthy and happy. That is really the only thing that matters and those are the only good intentions I have. Make a good year of it!
