This is the official Android 13 statue, or is it a swing
With every new Android version comes a statue and Google has now also placed one of Android 13 at its office. You can also place the statue at your home.
Android 13 statue
With every new Android version, Google places an image at the headquarters in Mountain View in the garden. There are images of Marshmallow, Jelly Bean and Oreo to see. All in the form of the dessert they are named after. Since the arrival of Android 10, Google has stopped naming Android versions after sweet desserts. Fortunately, developers still use the dessert names internally. For Android 13 that is tiramisu and Google has now also put the corresponding statue in the garden.

The statue has become a swing and it was photographed by Googler Rahul Ravikumar. It takes some searching but it is like a fallen ’13’ with the blue bar as the number 1 and the green 3 below. You can also place the ‘Android 13 swing’ in your own garden, just like the Android 11 statue and the Android 12 statue. To do this, open this website on your phone. Your phone must support ARCore. Then point your phone at a spot where you want to ‘set’ the swing and take a photo. Press and hold the button to make a movie of it. You can make the swing smaller with two fingers on the screen.
