Remove people from your photos on iPhone
Google is also bringing their Magic Eraser feature (Magic Eraser) from the popular Pixel smartphone to Google Photos on iPhone. This makes it very easy to remove people (and other objects) from your photos.
Unfortunately, this feature requires a Google One subscription. This subscription costs 1.99 euros per month, which gives you the Magic Eraser feature and more editing features in the Google Photos app.
However, there are other apps that also have the function of removing objects from your photos. SnapSeed is one of the apps that has this feature and is also free. In the steps below we will show you how to remove people and other objects from your photos in this app!
How to Remove People from Your Photos on iPhone (with SnapSeed)
- Open the Snapseed app on your iPhone;
- Tap ‘Open’ at the top left and choose ‘Open from device’;
- Select the photo you want to edit;
- At the bottom, choose ‘Tools > Equalize’;
- Draw over the person you want to remove from your photo (zoom in on the photo first);
- If necessary, wipe a few more times over any remaining parts;
- Tap the check mark at the bottom right and choose ‘Export’ to save the photo.
Mac and PC
