The Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 series will soon be coming to Europe as well

After a break of several years, the Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi returned to the tablet market and introduced the Mi Pad 5 series earlier this week. The new tablets bring a number of interesting features, but Xiaomi did not reveal the release date for the global market. However, according to the Gizmochin portal, both models will come to Europe next month.

The exact release date is not yet known, but should be published directly by Xiaomi in the coming weeks. There is also speculation about the arrival of the Mi Mix 4 model, but due to the problem of lack of chips, it is unlikely that the device will be available outside of China in the near future.

What do the tablets from the Mi Pad 5 series offer

The basic model has an 11 ″ 120 Hz LCD display with Dolby Vision and HDR10 support. It is powered by a Snapdragon 860 processor along with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB or 256 GB of internal storage. The device has one 13 MP camera on the back and an 8MP selfie camera on the front. It also offers stylus and magnetic keyboard support, four speakers and an 8,720 mAh battery that supports 33 W charging.

The Mi Pad 5 Pro is again powered by the more powerful Snapdragon 870 chipset. In the 5G version, it also offers more RAM, namely 8 GB. At the rear, it has one 5 MP depth sensor more than the basic model, and the 5G model even has a 50 MP main sensor. Although the battery capacity is only 8,600 mAh, it supports 67 W charging.

Xiaomi Mi 11
