The world’s largest wooden wind turbine tower will go into operation in 2023

The Swedish startup Modvion is currently building the world’s largest wooden wind turbine tower. The 105 meter high tower is manufactured in a more environmentally friendly way than its steel counterparts – and is scheduled to go into operation in 2023. The idea comes from Germany.
