The Quarry: Save Nick – you have to do that

Nick is one of the characters in The Quarry that can easily die if you make the wrong choices during gameplay. At this point we will tell you all the important steps so that you can save Nick and he survives the night.

Save Nick – that’s how it works

One of the more reserved characters in The Quarry, Nick is able to romance Abigail as the game progresses. You can only influence his fate to a certain extentbecause he will definitely be attacked during the game, for example, no matter what decisions you make.

However, Nick can survive the night too, and if you want to unlock all of The Quarry’s trophies and achievements, you’ll need to make the right decisions to save Nick. What you have to consider in certain chapters, we will tell you below.

Chapter 3

During Chapter 3, Nick and Abigail are attacked in the woods by one of the werewolves. In any case, Nick is overpowered and bitten by the werewolf. You cannot prevent this, no matter what decisions you make beforehand.

You can then decide with Abigail whether to help Nick or flee directly. This decision is not decisive for Nick either, since Abigail will be forced to flee in any case and must leave Nick in the forest.

Chapter 6

As the chapter progresses, Nick will transform into a werewolf. Then you can shoot Nick with Abi. If you don’t shoot, Abi will be killed by Nick. So shoot Nick to make him flee. Nick doesn’t die from the shot and can always be saved later, so don’t worry.

Chapter 8

When you are at the Hackett house with Ryan and Laura, you will pass by the cage with Jacob. In the cage next to it, Nick is trapped in werewolf form. You must stop Laura with Ryan if you get the chance. If you let the timer run out, Laura will shoot Nick and he will die.

Now finish the story as you want. In the end credits, Nick will wake up in human form in the forest and has thus survived the night.
