The long-awaited Google Pixel 5a will be introduced this month

The latest leaks claim that we can look forward to the introduction of a new smartphone from Google soon. The long-awaited mid-range model Google Pixel 5a will reportedly be launched on August 26, but only in two countries – the US and Japan. It will be sold online and offline in Google’s official stores for $ 450, which is 380 euros. This year’s model will be available in only one color, which was named Mostly Black. The Phone Arena portal informed about the news.

Google Pixel 5a: What else do we know about the upcoming model?

Pixel 5a will bring a 6.4 ″ display, Snapdragon 765G with 6 GB of RAM inside. The 4,650 mAh battery will take care of the long life, but it will not be possible to charge it wirelessly. The new model will also be waterproof thanks to IP67 certifications. This means that you can immerse it to a depth of up to 1 meter for 30 minutes without damaging it. He will not miss the good old 3.5mm jack.

The cameras will offer the same as last year’s Pixel 5 model, so on the back there will be a 12.2 MP main camera with an f / 1.7 aperture and a 16 MP ultra wide-angle sensor with an f / 2.2 aperture.
