The CR from Wiso MeinBüro uses these apps

In the “Homescreen!” series we present the homescreens of people from the social media, marketing, media and tech industries – including app recommendations and tips for everything from to-do lists to small games in between. Today: Fin Glowick, CRO of Wiso MeinBüro at Bühl Data Service.

My home screen is a mix of work and free time. The background image is taken by myself in my favorite place on Formentera. I love to travel and explore the world. As the CRO of Wiso MeinBüro, I often have a stressful working day.

Vacation on the go

A look at the home screen is always a bit of a holiday for on the go. My most important apps are individually on my home screen. All other apps that I use occasionally or rarely are stored in a large folder. This keeps my iPhone clear and tidy.

In addition, I almost always have the do not disturb mode active. There is nothing worse for me than being interrupted or distracted by random push notifications and a vibration every five minutes. Important contacts have an exception rule and will still be put through with appropriate feedback.

Apps: Business as usual

The notes and reminders are super useful. I use the apps every day when I’m on the go and want to take a few notes or set a reminder. Above all, the sync between all Apple devices is extremely helpful. Bitwarden (for Android) is our password manager at Buhl.

We use it company-wide because it is not only particularly secure, but also has an excellent sharing function. MS teams (for Android) is our communication tool in the company. Here I can communicate with all internal and external employees, such as agencies.

Our channel structure ensures a better overview and makes everyday work much easier. Above Personio (for Android), our HR tool, we manage attendances and absences and our recruiting. But the most important app when I attend customer appointments is: Wiso my office (for Android).

It’s our own app and of course it shouldn’t be missing from my home screen. I always have them ready to hand for demonstration purposes with customers and can therefore explain our product using the “living object”.

The right balance is important

My favorite app for videos is the classic: YouTube (for Android). You can find everything here. From music videos and cooking tips to tutorials for software that I watch regularly.

After work, I like to listen to interesting podcasts, especially on the way to work, such as “ZEIT WISSEN”, “Quarks Daily” or “Without shares becomes difficult”. To switch off, it can also just be my favorite music
