The authors of Predator presented a new cooperative event -apkrig

Developers from the American studio IllFonic have not very successful asymmetric multiplayer games Friday the 13th: The Game and Predator: Hunting Grounds. Now they are returning with the newly introduced title Arcadegeddon, which immediately entered early access. The game was officially announced during the transfer of State of Play from Sony, but it is not only aimed at the PlayStation 5, but also at the PC, specifically the Epic Game Store.

The authors entice cooperation for four players, various biomes, mini-games, enemies, bosses and above all a lot of action. All this against the background of a story about trying to save a slot machine from an evil megacorporation. The owner of the Gilly gaming house will therefore combine the most popular acre titles to create one ultimate super game. Fun Fun Co. but it breaks into her world and releases a dangerous virus there. Our task is to save the game and with it the last game room in the city.

A little from everyone

According to the authors, Arcadegeddon is constantly evolving and you can start the event yourself and with friends. We will meet nine different gangs, each with their own unique style and challenges that we can meet on an ongoing basis. Developers promise a mix of PvP and PvE.

As already mentioned, the game immediately entered early access, even on PlayStation, where it is far from common. The authors emphasize that the players will help them improve the whole project with their feedback. At the same time, they have indicated other content that awaits us in the future. In the summer, new environments, weapons and customization options are to be added. In the fall, offline mode for solo play, another environment, PvP mode or new bosses. Another portion of the player’s content awaits during the winter and so on.

Arcadegeddon should be in early access for approximately seven months. The authors point out that during this phase, players may lose their progress. Matches should last about half an hour on average. The title is powered by Unreal Engine 4 and after the release of the full version it can also reach other platforms.

At PlayStation Store, Arcadegeddon is selling for 529 crowns. It is available at the Epic Games Store for 420 crowns. The price will rise even after the release of the full version. IllFonic itself says that their audience is players aged 13 to 35 who like battle royales and action adventures. And then there are players of shooting and cooperative games in general who are looking for titles that they can easily jump into. Honestly, the resemblance to other games is not so far away…
