The authors of Days Gone have offered Sony the sequel Resistance -apkrig
Bend Ross, who led the development of Days Gone from Bend Studio, revealed other behind-the-scenes short stories after saying that his game was perceived by Sony as a failure. Although it boasts high sales like the celebrated Ghost of Tsushima. Ross and his longtime colleague John Garvin left Studio Bend in 2020. But before that, he had other interesting plans when Sony refused to continue Days Gone.
He unveiled two other potentially enticing projects in David Jaffe’s stream. First of all, Sony offered the open world sequel to the Resistance series, which competed with the Gears of the X360 on the PS3. Another unrealized project was the idea to reboot the Sphon Filter stealth event. But Ross himself was clearly not very interested in him, saying that he did not know how to do such a reboot. This was more of a Sony initiative, which the authors apparently did not hear.
He would obviously like to take over the baton after the Insomniac Games and their Resistance. However, we did not learn much about his proposal. He only revealed that it would prepare itself and that many elements of this series would fit perfectly into the gameplay in the open world. According to him, Sony was not interested in that either. But his talk still seems to bother him that Days Gone hasn’t been given another chance, and on the contrary, it seems like Sony is doing everything he can to put the developers away from the brand and divert their attention elsewhere.
