Start Equivalent Exchange

This side mission becomes available during the course of the fourth main mission of the World Tour. You can start them centrally in Metro City on the flyover at Forger Leonardo. He asks you to find two cards, whistles and cards each.

In this mission, unlike usual, no mission objectives are marked on the map. In order to find the items you are looking for, you must look out for passers-by in certain areas of Metro City Bag icon with question mark in inventory when you inspect them.

Then complete the corresponding challenge in battle against them to get the item. Corresponding NPCs with the items you are looking for appear randomly and you always have to search a bit before you come across any. You are never in the same place.
