Spotify comes with a novelty. Music on Wear OS will also play offline
Wear OS lacked the ability to listen to music offline directly from the watch after Google Play Music stopped. The initiative was finally taken by the streaming service Spotify, which would soon offer this feature. The Android Police portal informed about the topic.
Being able to take your favorite music with you while running is a great thing. Without having to have your smartphone with you at all times, even better. Now all you need is a watch and wireless headphones. That is all. Spotify will also work offline.
Of course, listening will also be possible online, as long as your watch and operator support eSIM. Another useful innovation will be the implementation of the Spotify Connect function, which allows the user to quickly and easily switch playback between devices.
We don’t know exactly when the new feature will be available. It seems that the close cooperation between Samsung and Google on the Wear OS operating system is bearing fruit and application developers have also been moving.
Not only will the official start of sales of the Galaxy Watch4 watch give end users in Slovakia the opportunity to pay with the watch, but gradually more and more innovations are coming and revealing, which take the Wear OS operating system to a new level.
