Becky (32): “I can still hear the teacher say it during a parent meeting: ‘Toddlers are like hamsters. They collect everything that is of value to them in their jacket pockets. Empty them regularly.’ So I do that every once in a while.

What a find
Tessa (33): “My daughter had put four fat earthworms in her jacket pocket – completely dried out by now. She wanted to show them to me, but forgot. I found out by chance when I was about to wash her coat and empty the pockets. Yes, I screamed out loud. When I told my colleagues, one of them told me that her son once put a frog in his jacket pocket. So I was actually allowed to clench my hands.”
