Secret Invasion: a trailer for the Marvel series with Nick Fury
A first trailer for Secret Invasion, namely the Marvel series with Nick Fury, was unveiled at Disney’s D23 conference. We had until now only one image of the character embodied by Samuel L. Jackson.
The trailer is meant to be a plot recap of the series. A sect of Skrulls comes to Earth to take over the planet, but Nick Fury, Talos and their allies must stop the shape-shifting aliens, despite the fact that they can’t tell who is an enemy and who isn’t. is not. Jim Rhodes (War Machine) also makes an appearance, along with a few other familiar MCU characters — or maybe the impostor version of the Skrulls.
Secret Invasion will consist of six episodes in total. The series will debut in 2023 on Disney+, there is no specific date yet. Besides Samuel L. Jackson, the cast includes Emilia Clarke, Olivia Coleman, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Don Cheadle and Maria Hill.
Marvel also showed a preview of its Halloween special, Werewolf by Night, which stars Gael Garcia Bernal. The program is based on the 1970s comic strip, centering on Jack Russell, who was a werewolf. This comic’s main claim to fame is the introduction of Moon Knightwhich was the subject of its own series in the MCU.
