Samsung rolls out October update for Galaxy S21 series

The three smartphones from the S21 series are being updated by Samsung with a new update. The phones will be updated with the October security update.

October update for S21 series

Samsung has prepared an update for the Samsung Galaxy S21, the Galaxy S21+ and the Galaxy S21 Ultra. All three of the company’s smartphones will be updated with a new update from Google. The brand already rolled out the latest October update, which has only been officially released today, for the Galaxy S22 series at an earlier time.

If we look at the changelog of the update, you will not necessarily be much wiser. The manufacturer only releases the security update. These are patches from Google, along with patches from Samsung itself. The update has a size of approximately 230MB, Simon tells us. The Galaxy S21, S21+ and S21 Ultra will now receive the update in the Netherlands and Belgium. Other models, including the Galaxy S21 FE, will follow at a later date.
