Samsung rolls out December security update for Galaxy S21 series
There is good news for owners of a smartphone from Samsung’s Galaxy S21 series. A new security update is being rolled out for the three devices, and this is the latest security patch available for Android.
December update for Galaxy S21
Samsung is ready when it comes to rolling out the latest security update for various devices. Last week there was the official release of the December 2021 security update, now it is time to roll it out for the first devices. Samsung is the first manufacturer (besides Google with the Pixel) to roll out the December security patch for a smartphone, and the Galaxy S21 series is the first to come.
The update is being rolled out in the Netherlands and Belgium for the three devices from the Samsung Galaxy S21 series. This means that you can now get the latest security update for the Samsung Galaxy S21, the Galaxy S21+ and the Galaxy S21 Ultra. In addition to the patch from Google, some patches from Samsung are also added. Furthermore, no significant changes appear to have been made to the devices. The update is now available for download for all three devices. You will be notified if this is the case.
