Samsung rolls out Android 13 for Galaxy Tab S6 Lite

Samsung is rolling out the update to Android 13 for an older tablet. We see the update rolling in on the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. This tablet has been on the market for about three years and is getting its third Android update.

Good news for owners of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. The tablet from the South Korean manufacturer is now being updated with a major update to Android 13. This is what DroidApp reader Theo tells us. Together with the update to Android 13, the tablet also gets the new One UI 5.0 skin. This skin, along with Android 13, includes a range of new features and capabilities. This way you get more privacy options. In Color Palette you are presented with even more color options to adjust the interface colors to the set background.

You also get improvements for the memories, you can set phone profiles and there are new app icons and expressions. Samsung also promises faster animations and an improved user experience. It is striking that the tablet is updated to a new Android update, but that the security update is lagging behind. This remains stuck on the November patch.
