Leaks are becoming more and more common nowadays and slowly there is no device about which everything is not known before the official performance. However, manufacturers do not like this and are going to take action against people who are spreading leaks. Apple has started the war against them, and according to the Android Authority portal, the South Korean giant Samsung is now joining it.
Samsung is reportedly going to target the leaked images and videos and will delete them for copyright infringement. This will only apply to original posts, which are mostly shared via social networks, and not to portals that report leaks.
Leaks do not help producers, quite the contrary
At first glance, leaks may seem to help manufacturers, but obviously not. Companies usually present their products at large and expensive events, but customers have no reason to participate if they already know everything about the products presented. The company’s team will lose revenue from ticket sales. In addition, leaks kill the tension and moment of surprise that naturally develops around new products.

Whether this fight will be effective is already questionable. The leaked information is usually shared as soon as it is published, allowing it to spread to various parts of the Internet before Samsung removes the original source. In addition, there is only talk about deleting images and videos, but there are also regular leaks in text form on social networks.
