Samsung is releasing an update to older smart watches

Which smart watch will receive the new update?

Previous models of popular smart watches will receive several interesting features in the new update, inspired by the latest model and Wear OS 3. The update will be given to the Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Watch Active, Galaxy Watch Active 2 and Galaxy Watch 3.

The update is available for all mentioned models. One of the most interesting features that only the Galaxy Watch 3 and Galaxy Watch Active 2 will receive is fall detection. The function can detect a fall, even if the user has it on his hand. This means that in the event of a sudden incident, the watch will send an SOS notification to the pre-selected contact.

Another interesting change occurred in the possibilities of creating groups and adding friends. This way you can compete with your loved ones in sports activities and share movement records with each other.

The update will also add 10 new designs for digital dials, which were previously only available on Galaxy Watch4 devices. The look of the dials has the task of moving the setting of the smart watch according to your taste to an even higher level. One of the options is an animal-themed dial, which beautified your watch with colorful and moving pets.
