Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3, Flip 3 and Watch 4 expected this summer – this is how they should look
The first pictures and details have leaked from Samsung’s next foldables and the first watch based on the new Wearble operating system Wear OS. The Galaxy Z Fold 3, Z Flip 3 and the Watch Active 4 will apparently be presented in the next few weeks.
Samsung is expected to introduce its new foldable models over the course of the summer. That’s not a big surprise given that the Galaxy Z Fold 2 and Z Flip 5G launched between June and September. The leaker Evan Blass, also known as Evleaks, surprises again with the first press photos of the new models.

Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 with pen support
Judging by Blass’s pictures, the only optical difference between the Z Fold 3 and its predecessor will be a new camera element. However, it should get support for a stylus for the first time and thus possibly succeed the Note series, which will not be reissued this year.
Furthermore, it also means that Samsung is now building the foldable screen more robustly than with the Z Fold 2 or Z Flip, whose protective, wafer-thin glass surface turned out to be very soft and scratch-sensitive.
Rumors also say that Samsung’s Z Fold 3 will for the first time receive a selfie camera that is hidden under the display glass. However, a closer look at the press photo reveals a punchhole camera on the right side of the screen, invalidating the rumor.
Samsung Z Flip 3 5G: Similar design with a larger external display
The successor to the Z Flip 5G also indicates that the design will only be handled carefully. After all, the external display, which can also be used as a camera viewfinder for selfies, seems to be noticeably enlarged. The predecessor was a mini display on which hardly anything could be seen. Samsung has also added a second camera.
Further details about the upcoming foldables are currently not known, but at the end of 2020 it was said that Samsung would present more products of this type of device this year than in previous years. Among other things, more affordable foldables can be expected.
Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 4: First Smartwartch with the new Wear OS expected on June 28th
Another product from Samsung that should be expected shortly is the Galaxy Watch 4, of which render images of the active version are making the rounds. It will be Samsung’s first smartwatch based on the new operating system from Google and Samsung. The new Wear OS was announced in May as part of Google I / O 2021 and promises more performance, improved runtime and further system optimizations, as well as Fitbit integration.
According to Giznext and the leaker Steve “Onleaks” Hemmerstoffer, the Samsung Watch Active 4 will be available in the colors black, green, silver and gold as well as in the two sizes 40 and 44 millimeters. It should also be equipped with a five-nanometer processor.
While it is not clear when Samsung will present its foldables, we are quite certain that the new Smartwatch will be announced next week Monday as part of a virtual MWC press event. In the focus of the event stand according to Samsung including the latest smartwatch visions.
