Among the sensors we can name an accelerometer, barometer, gyroscope, geomagnetic sensor or light sensor. The watch also has a so-called Samsung BioActive Sensor, which is a combination of an optical heart rate monitor (PPG) + an electric heart rate monitor (EKG) + bioelectric resistance sensor (BIA). Thanks to this, users can measure blood pressure, detect irregularities in the heart rhythm, monitor the state of oxygen in the blood and, for the first time, also measure the amount of components in the body structure.
