The watch with the nickname “Classic” last appeared in the Gear S3 series, which is approximately 5 years. This name distinguished the classic version of the watch from the sports one. Samsung has probably decided that it is time to return to this strategy. After all, a lot of people are still a lot fixed on classic and luxury watch.
We can allegedly look forward to three sizes – 42mm, 44mm a 46mm and three colors – black, white and gray. As you can see in the pictures below, the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic looks very luxurious and sleek. It is also clear from the photos that, unlike other Galaxy Watch 4 models here we still find the popular swivel bezel. In addition to it, the body of these smartwatches also contains two large buttons on the sidewhich will serve for control of the new system. Samsung collaborated with Google on it, so Tizen will probably not appear again.
For the time being, the technical specifications of the upcoming watches are rather speculation. We should wait water resistance up to 5ATM pressure (50 meters) a military standard of resilience MIL-STD-810G. It will probably be available made of aluminum and stainless steel. We are expected to find it on the display cover glass Gorilla Glass DX or DX +, which should provide high protection against scratches. Of course, they should also be available replaceable straps.
The Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic should be revealed at the event Galaxy Unpacked probably in August this year. The editors of the Android Headlines server estimate the price at approximately 500 US dollars, ie something around 11 thousand crowns.
